EEC Ethics Act Decisions

If the OEIG determines that there has been a specific violation of the Ethics Act—such as prohibited political activity, retaliation, a gift ban violation, a revolving door violation, or failure to cooperate with an OEIG investigation—the OEIG may request that the Office of the Attorney General bring a complaint before the EEC for adjudication. If the EEC ultimately decides that a violation of the Ethics Act did occur, the EEC may impose an administrative fine or other appropriate injunctive relief. Those EEC decisions, based on OEIG investigations, can be found in the following database.

The database of EEC Ethics Act decisions contains archived web content for materials created prior to April 24, 2026, and certain of those materials may not be fully accessible for some users.
